Founder/CEO
Dr. Tapas Kumar Dey is a dedicated social scientist with deep expertise in community-centered research, policy advocacy, and social impact assessment. With a strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, he brings data-driven insights to the heart of grassroots development. Passionate about equity, inclusion, and behavioral change, Dr. Dey works closely with communities to design sustainable solutions that empower and uplift marginalized populations.

Sanatan Mondal

Sanatan Mondal is a passionate educator and committed social activist dedicated to fostering inclusive and transformative learning. With a deep belief in education as a tool for social justice, he works at the grassroots to empower marginalized communities, especially children and women. Through innovative teaching methods, community engagement, and advocacy, Sanatan Mandal bridges the gap between knowledge and action—building capacity, raising awareness, and inspiring change where it’s needed most.
